With Level 2 support, you'll receive assistance from a team of at least three agents and a team lead, offering all the services provided in Level 1. Support will be available five days a week, from Monday to Friday.

With Level 2 support, you'll have a dedicated team of at least three agents and a team lead, offering all the services included in Level 1. Any inquiries that require more technical expertise, which Level 1 cannot address, will be managed by Level 2. Additionally, the Level 2 team will handle installation and advanced setup, providing updated solutions to tackle any technical challenges.
